Industry

Our industrial experience and our internal processes ensure a precise and rigorous control not only of individual components, but also of the finished product.

Our technical and production teams are lean and agile and allow for maximum flexibility and responsiveness.

They are used to adapting quickly to our clients’ demands and to proposing standard, semi-standard or completely ad hoc customized solutions.

Material Sourcing

Most of our materials and components are locally sourced within an average of 300 km from our factory.

This allows us to have a good control over the quality of the supplies and a better reactivity in terms of production lead time.

Local sourcing is one of the most important parameters in reducing our environmental footprint and is totally in line with our objective of minimal ecological impact.

Anodized aluminium

All of our Aluminium products, apart from being chosen with the most corrosion resistant and durable alloys, are fully anodized (18µm) either in natural aluminium colour or in black.  On demand, and if the special environment in which the product is immersed requires it, we can offer “hard anodization” which is an extra layer of corrosion protection of about 50µm.

On demand, anodization can also be done with various colourings as shown.  Our clients can also choose from a large variety of powder-coated epoxy paints that confer not only a perfect finish but also extra protection from the elements.

316L Stainless steel

Most of our fittings come in full marine grade Stainless Steel  (316L), one of the best types of corrosion protection material on the market, and synonymous of high quality and high durability.

Aged brass

Our fittings come also in brass, one of the most “noble” and sought-after materials in the lighting industry, conveying a highly aesthetic yet sober and warm visual impact. Brass is a material whose aspect and colour naturally evolve with time, this is why we usually propose an “aged brass” finish for and immediate effect on its environment.
